Spelling Bee

Spelling Bee is a daily word game that challenges players to create as many words as possible using a set of seven unique letters. Designed for word enthusiasts, it combines elements of vocabulary, spelling, and puzzle-solving into a fun and engaging experience.

How to play Spelling Bee?

1

You’re presented with a set of 7 letters arranged in a honeycomb shape. Your objective is to form as many valid words as possible using these letters. While you don’t need to use every letter in a single word, the center letter must be included in every word you create. Words must be at least 4 letters long, and you’re allowed to reuse letters within a word as needed. Each puzzle is available for 24 hours, after which the game refreshes with a brand-new set of letters and words to discover. Every day brings a fresh challenge, keeping the game exciting and engaging!

2

You earn points for every word you find. A 4-letter word gives you 1 point, while longer words award 1 point per letter (for example, a 6-letter word earns 6 points). Each puzzle includes at least one Pangram—a special word that uses all seven letters at least once. Finding a Pangram not only scores you points for the word itself but also grants an additional 7-point bonus, making it a rewarding highlight of the game!

3

For every game or set of letters, the maximum number of words and total points achievable is predetermined. This is the basis for the rating system displayed at the top of each puzzle. It shows how close you are to reaching the highest possible score if you were to find every valid word. It’s a helpful way to track your progress and challenge yourself to aim for perfection!

4

You cannot use some words, like words with a hyphen, proper nouns, swear words, or invented words. For your convenience, there is a letter shuffling button - with its help, you can swap letters in the fields in order to look at them from a new angle.
